How do I prepare Dose?

Get ready for the ultimate Dose experience with these simple steps:

  1. Scoop your desired amount of powder into a cup or our fancy dose mug.
  2. Add a splash of water to cover the powder, and mix until it's nice and smooth.
  3. Pour in your favorite milk or more water if that's your jam.
  4. Froth it up using our exclusive Fancy Frother.
  5. Take a sip, sit back, and let the magic happen.

Do I have to use milk?

No, you don't have to use anything specific - you can use plain water or any drink that you think pairs well with your Dose!

Can I drink more than once a day?

Absolutely! We recommend 1-2 cups a day as two cups of Dose still has less caffeine than a normal cup of coffee. More Dose just means more benefits!

How many servings come in a bag?

Each bag comes with 30 servings. We also have 90 Servings option for those that can’t get enough 😜

What does Everyday Dose taste like?

That depends on which of our magical elixirs you're sippin' on! If it's our Mushroom Coffee, get ready for a creamy, dreamy coffee experience with a touch of chocolatey goodness. And if you're indulging in our Mushroom Matcha, you're in for a treat with its vibrant, earthy taste!

Is it vegan?

We include collagen in our formula, it has an amazing amino acid profile and works to give you the best hair, skin and nails, so the product is not vegan.

Will this show up on a drug test?

It will not, our mushrooms are 100% functional and non- psychedelic so nothing to worry about (winky face)

Will it break my fast?

With just 20 calories, it's totally fasting-friendly. Of course, we all have our own theories on the matter, but as long as you're sticking to the golden rule of 50 calories or less, you're good to go!

What ingredients do you use?

We believe that less is more, which is why we've kept our magical elixirs super simple with just 5 amazing ingredients. Whether you're sipping on our Coffee or Matcha,this is what you'll get:

Do you use the mycelium or the fruiting body?

100% fruiting body mushrooms, whose magical compounds are double-extracted with both hot water and alcohol to ensure that every sip of dose is delivering the stuff your body loves — the stuff that’s actually being researched by scientists!

Where do you grow your mushrooms?

Everyday Dose goes against the grain, we grow our Lion’s Mane in sawdust which is the best substrate as it's the closest to where they grow in the wild, and we wild harvest our chaga from birch trees.

Do you add any sugar to your products?

Nope! There is enough sugar in the world so there are no sugars or sweeteners in our products  😉

How much caffeine is in your product?

For Coffee+ there's 45mg of caffeine per serving, for Bold Coffee+ there's 90mg of caffeine per serving, and for the Matcha, there's 40mg of caffeine per serving.

Is this safe while pregnant or breastfeeding?

All our clean ingredients are associated with profound health benefits and many of our customers use Everyday Dose while they're breastfeeding or pregnant but we always recommend consulting with your own personal doctor.

Is this safe with my doctor prescribed medication?

Our product is made with the highest quality standards, we only use fair-trade, non-gmo ingredients. With that said, if you are taking prescription medication, we always  recommend you consult with your healthcare provider before using Everyday Dose products.

Will this make me trip?

Our magical mushrooms won't send you on a trip down memory lane to visit your ancestors. As much as we love those kinds of mushrooms, our formula is made with 100% pure, functional fruiting body mushrooms - namely, Lion's Mane and Chaga. While they may not be psychedelic, they're still pretty darn amazing for your body and mind. So go ahead and sip away, and feel free to leave the visions of your ancestors for another time!

Is Everyday Dose suitable for certain food allergies or restrictions?

Payments & Refunds

How can I update my payment information on my account?

You can update your payment method by logging into your account and clicking on “Change Payment method”. You will receive an email where you can safely update this information.

I am not satisfied with the product, what is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your first order, you can return it for a refund within 45 days of your purchase. Please email us at matt@theghostcanna.com to initiate your return. After the second order, we only accept returns of unopened products.

Can I use a discount code after I have placed the order?

Discounts are only applicable before the order is placed, and we are unable to apply it once the payment has been processed but if you forget to apply one, you can always use it on your next order.

Shipping & Delivery

What carriers do you use?

We use UPS or OnTrac for all US orders.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all of the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, as well as Canada.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all domestic orders

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Our domestic orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

My package was marked as delivered but I haven’t received it, what should I do?

If your order was marked as delivered and the address on the order is correct, we recommend that you wait a couple of days, as often the carrier scans an order as delivered before actually delivering it. Also checking with neighbors to make sure the package wasn’t delivered to the wrong location. If the issue remains, please contact us at matt@theghostcanna.com so we can resolve it.

My order arrived damaged/incorrect, what can I do?

You can email us at matt@theghostcanna.com with your order number and pictures of the package you received so we can fix it.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link to your email on file.

My tracking hasn't been updated in a while, what are my options?

Please keep in mind that often the carrier doesn’t update the tracking accordingly. If your package hasn’t had any movement in over a week please contact us at matt@theghostcanna.com

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order

Probably not. We have very short windows to make changes to your order as we ship our packages the same day. If your order has an incorrect address, please email us immediately so we can try to change it before it ships.

Can I cancel my order that was just processed?

We have a very short window to perform cancellations, so it is possible that we won’t catch your order in time. But if you want to cancel your order, please email us immediately with the order number so we can attempt to cancel it. if a packing slip has been created we cannot cancel your order.

If you purchased a Starter Kit, here’s what your future renewal pricing will look like based on your original order

  1. 30-Servings Coffee or Bold → $36 per renewal
  2. 30-Servings Matcha → $39.99 per renewal
  3. 60-Servings Coffee→ $66 per renewal
  4. 90-Servings Coffee → $99 per renewal

How often will I be billed for my subscription?

Depends on what frequency you choose at the time of your order. By default you can get it every 30 days, but you can choose every 60 or 90 days at the time of purchase.

How can I log in to my account to check my subscription and make adjustments

Can I change the frequency of my subscription

Absolutely, you can customize your frequency on your account to whatever works best for you, this could be every 2 weeks, 2 months or 2 days!

Can I pause or skip a delivery in my subscription?

Yes, if you want to skip a month you can do so by going to your account and clicking on “Skip”

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account and clicking “cancel”. Please keep in mind that this does not cancel any orders processed before you canceled your subscription.

Will I receive a notification before my subscription reviews or bills me?

Yes, 3 days before your renewal you will receive an email/SMS.

Can I change the products in my subscription?

Yes, you can swap product on your customer portal and have full control of your subscription. You can click “edit products” on your personal account to add or swap existing products in your subscription.

How do I modify the shipping address for my subscription?

You can adjust the address associated with your account by logging in to your account and clicking “shipping & billing” and then “edit”.

Can I change the quantity of products in my subscription?

You've got the power to mix things up! Feel free to change the quantity or switch to a different pack, like a 3-pack or a 6-pack. It's all up to you!

How do I reactivate my subscription?

As soon as you log in to your account, you’ll see the "resubscribe" button. Pick the perfect date to reactivate your subscription, and voila! You're back in the game.
